WELCOME TO UNH WOMEN'S+ RUGBY
We are an inclusive group of women playing a super fun sport. Whether you've played before or this is your first time picking up a rugby ball, there is a spot on the team for you!

Our team is comprised of a variety of individuals with all different backgrounds. We have both experienced and non-experienced players, in and out-of-state players, as well as players of a variety of identities, bodies, and personalities. With all of that in mind, our team is one big family.

No experience is needed to join, just grab some cleats and a mouth guard and head on over to one of our practices!
Practice
Practices for the 2025 Fall Season will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday nights. Times differ weekly, check Instagram for updated times.
